In 2024, I was asked by Chicago artist Kayo to lead the creative direction for his upcoming album “DOMINO.”, which released in late October of that same year. From early concept to final release, I helped shape the visual identity and rollout for the project alongside Kayo. This included photographing and designing the album cover, tracklist, and the single covers for “Fold It Up” and “Give You Everything.” I also handled a set of press photos ahead of the release to build a cohesive visual presence across platforms.

In addition to the photography and design work, I created three custom clothing pieces inspired by the themes of the album & singles, extending the world of DOMINO. & it’s singles into physical merchandise. These were released as part of the album campaign and helped establish a full brand around the project — not just sonically, but visually.

To bring everything to a peak moment, Kayo asked to partner with my brand CNCRT to produce The Domino Effect CNCRT - a live concert and experience built around the release of the album. Held at Reggies Rock Club in Chicago on October 26th, the event was a full-circle showcase of the work that led up to the album. I designed the flyer for the show, curated the artist lineup, and co-directed the video rollout with Chicago director Joe Bracero. We worked together on editing content for teasers and trailers that helped build hype in the weeks leading up to the concert. I also designed exclusive merch for the show that reflected the event’s aesthetic.

This project was one of the most collaborative and hands-on releases I’ve ever worked on - merging photography, design, merch, event production, and creative direction into one cohesive story. It wasn’t just about supporting the music - it was about helping build the world around it.
